Ahmet Ferit UZUNYOLChairman of the Board & CEO
Born in 1989, Ahmet Ferit Uzunyol completed his high school education at Saint Benoît High School and earned his degree in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami.
After serving in various departments at Eminiş Ambalaj, he currently serves as Chairman of the Board and CEO, overseeing the company’s strategic management. Under his leadership, the company focuses on customer satisfaction, sustainability, digitalization, export growth, and quality.
Active in academia and civil society, Uzunyol serves on the Advisory Council of Kocaeli University Hereke Ömer İsmet Uzunyol Vocational School, as well as on the Advisory Councils of AIESEC Turkey and Istanbul Chamber of Industry Foundation, and is a member of TURMEPA.
Married with two children, Uzunyol is fluent in English and French.
Hatice Füsun UZUNYOL KUTLUVICE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
She was born in 1955.
After her secondary education, she completed some of her high school education in England and her university education in Atatürk Education English Department.
He started working at Marshall Paint A.Ş. at the age of 18.
After her retirement, she worked in the Antika company she founded in Istanbul for more than 20 years.
She has been involved in many social responsibility projects throughout her working life. Bosnia and Herzegovina solidarity associations took part in Beşiktaş Kemalism panels together with Türkan Saylan.
She is married and has a good command of English.

She was born in 1967 in Istanbul.
After graduating from Fevziye Schools Foundation Işık High School in 1984, she graduated from Marmara English Economics Department with a degree in 1988. Between 1999 and 2012, she managed her own store in the field of furniture decoration.
She still runs the Havandan İstanbul restaurant.
She is fluent in English. She is married to Mustafa Feridun Uzunyol and has 2 children and two grandchildren.
